I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique experiences. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, I work with women and adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, self-esteem struggles, relationship challenges, and life transitions — meeting each person exactly where they are.

My approach is person-centered and non-judgmental: this is your story, and my role is to walk alongside you as you make sense of it, at a pace that feels right.

We start with a complimentary 15-minute call to talk through what's bringing you to therapy and see if we feel like the right fit.

We slow down and get to know each other — your story, your goals, and what support has (and hasn't) looked like for you before.

Together we shape a treatment approach tailored to you, revisiting and adjusting it as your needs shift session to session.

Yes — all sessions are held virtually via secure, HIPAA-compliant video, so you can meet from anywhere in Texas that feels comfortable and private to you.

Our first session is about getting to know one another. We'll talk through what brought you to therapy, your history, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together — no pressure to share more than feels right.

I accept all major insurances, including but not limited to United Healthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield. I also accept private pay. I'm happy to provide a superbill so you can seek reimbursement through your insurance's out-of-network benefits.
